Make sure you check your air filter, fluids, and anything else they claim they will do for you. They did not fill up my fluids and did not change our air filter as asked previously. I wasn’t going to post du else they claim they will do for you. They did not fill up my fluids and did not change our air filter as asked previously. Brian in the service area put me in touch with Jose in sales and the rest is history. Going from a 2007 Miata to a 2024 CX-30 was an adjustment in terms of the tech built into the car, but no problem, Beth in Customer Service set up an appointment to in-service me on learning my new car. This dealership operates as a team with the customer experience being the number one goal . . . and it shows! Whether it is service or sales, I know I am going to be taken care of. Employee who works at the services department are just not polite and always have an attitude whenever I ask a question.. I had to bring my car back in more than 3 times for the same issue. I always explain that they won’t feel vibration on the steering wheel due to the fact they do not drive the car every day like I do. Another common issue was the AC Motor first time they clean it and the second time they replace the motor and bringing it back the third time for the same issue.
