Having never shopped at Herb Chambers before, I was impressed by the staff's professionalism and straig I bought a 2011 Accord from Rancier last year. Having never shopped at Herb Chambers before, I was impressed by the staff's professionalism and straightforward process. Plus, they're dog-friendly! Exactly one year to the day that I picked up the Accord, I was rear-ended on the highway and my car was totaled. I got in touch with Rancier again to find a replacement, and he and Brian in the finance department helped me through the process and got me into a 2016 HR-V. It is certified pre-owned and Brian got me great terms for a service contract, so I'll have peace of mind for years to come that the car is covered if anything goes wrong. I love it so far and can't say enough good things about Rancier and Brian! More
