Vehicle I was interested in was sold by the time I arrived. John was patient and worked with me to find my car. Although a Toyota girl he showed me a great Honda Civic EX-T and converted me to Honda girl. There was a hiccup in the car I chose but John worked diligently to make it right. He found an even better Civic EX-T and we got the deal done. John was patient, knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. He listened fo all my concerns, answered all my questions.
