Repeatedly tried to get the attent Went in on a Saturday to test drive the Pilot Elite and had to stand around and wait for help for over 15 minutes. Repeatedly tried to get the attention of a sales associate to no avail. Was already put off by the boys club mentality at this place. The sales rep was great and we made an appointment for the next day to discuss prices, he even came in on his day off. After 5 hours I finally went home in an Elite (different from the one I test drove). I was freezing in the car on the ride, but didn't want to play with the settings while driving. I got home only to find out that there is no heat in my brand new $48,000 car... I have been told that the car I purchased did not get an inspection between delivery from the factory and me driving it off the lot. I now have to go in and get my BRAND NEW CAR SERVICED. When I went in this morning I was told there was no fan in my car because they removed the part from a BRAND NEW CAR and didn't replace it. Now I have to wait around for a different car even though I was told the one I drove home yesterday was the last one. A manager has yet to speak to me and apologize or offer any compensation for my time. To say I am completely and utterly dissatisfied and disappointed in this dealership is an extraordinary understatement. I want to return the car and never look back. More
