First impression, CLEAN, NEAT, ORGANIZED. Sales people friendly, experienced, and nicely dressed, shiny shoes! Front desk managed by two qualified individuals. Back service department quiet, spa-like! Beverage bar and donuts for people waiting on their vehicles being serviced Randy happened to be in the doorway and opened the door for us when we arrived at Zimmerman. We had never been there and we were immediately at ease. We never felt pressured and Randy was SUPER!! We learned so much about the CRV and he was very knowledgeable about every facet. We fell in love with the blue obsidian in the showroom and a short time later drove it out of the lot as our new vehicle! Will continue to recommend Zimmerman! More

HIGHLY recommend! Never a bad experience! This dealership is by far one of the best. Their service department makes luxury dealerships (Audi, Mercedes-Benz etc.) look like a Jiffy Lube. They are extremely friendly and always explains things so you can understand it perfectly. Gary and AJ always keep you up to date on the status of you car and are willing to work with you to get your car in quickly. The technicians there are extremely friendly and will even come out and help explain any issues with your car. Besides the service department, the sales department is phenomenal! The sales reps will listen to your wants and needs and help you decide what car will best suit your needs and keep you on budget. Brian (GM) is right there to help and explain everything to you. They are very transparent and trustworthy unlike other dealers where they hide "extras" in your car deal. I HIGHLY recommend Zimmerman Honda to EVERYONE! I will not buy another car in the Quad Cities that is not from Zimmerman Honda. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done nor can I brag about them enough! More
