Treated Like Family on my 1st Zimmerman Experience From the moment I reached out to Mark Zimmerman with an inquiry about vehicles to the follow up I received from Sales Manager Brian Deriemacker follow From the moment I reached out to Mark Zimmerman with an inquiry about vehicles to the follow up I received from Sales Manager Brian Deriemacker followed by my in-person arrival at the dealership, my experience started off in a very positive light...I truly felt like I was being taken care of just like part of their family. When I came in to the dealership to test drive the vehicle, the experience continued to be welcoming. Aaron Miguel was a no pressure sales representative who went above and beyond, answered my questions, researched a question/ concern I had, provided an alternate solution, and waited for my next step. He wanted me to be sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for - and was willing to do whatever was needed to find that vehicle. Aaron was personally committed to ensuring my satisfaction in the car buying experience. I would highly recommend Zimmerman Honda, Aaron Miguel, and the entire team to anyone in the market for a vehicle! More

Made me feel appreciated I was in the market for two cars. I purchased a car for myself and, based on Aaron"s recommendation I leased one for my wife when I originally planned I was in the market for two cars. I purchased a car for myself and, based on Aaron"s recommendation I leased one for my wife when I originally planned on buying. Never having leased before, Aaron explained the details. I realized I would be able to get what my wife and I both needed and wanted in vehicles staying within budget by leasing a car for my wife, who only drives 10k a year on average. Managers Brian and Sean discussed my options and explained things in great detail. Blake in the finance department was very thorough and explained the advantage of including the added coverage that I needed to ensure my peace of mind. Aaron was outstanding in customer service, thorough and considerate of my needs. Overall, a fantastic car shopping experience. More

Prior to visiting this dealer, I had a very bad experience at a dealer in another town. This gave me a poor perception of Honda. However, Zimmerman Honda restored my faith in Honda and car dealerships in general. I cannot express enough how great full and happy I am with the service I had here. More

They took the time to stay late into the night after hours to help us. Luis even took the time to fully review the owners manual and show us all the features and customize our Odyssey to our seating preference and cellphone. Blake maintained an upbeat personality even though it was late into the evening and we were the last people there. More
