It took almost 3 hours for an oil change with only 2 cars ahead of me. Their was only 1 guy doing oil changes but a lot standing around at the desks and I'm sure at least one could have jumped in to help out ahead of me. I have always used the dealership for service & have generally been satisfied. The last two visits, however, both service technicians listed necessary services that my vehicle needs, yet both times I co generally been satisfied. Either their database is wrong or they are trying to upsell services. Once corrected they apologized but it has happened twice now.
