I have road hazard warranty on wheels and tires. Got nail in rear passenger tire. Came to Walker to get it repaired or replaced. I was told tire couldn't be patched and was not in-stock. Left my tru Got nail in rear passenger tire. Came to Walker to get it repaired or replaced. I was told tire couldn't be patched and was not in-stock. Left my truck overnight. New tire was shipped from tampa.THE WRONG TIRE. Came back to walker to pick up truck. Immediately saw the tire was completely and OBVIOUSLY different than the other Three. Told a service tech who agreed and said no problem we have correct tire in stock. STRANGE. The correct tire was installed, but it definitely not a NEW tire. Sure seems like someone doesn't know what they're doing or just doesn't care, maybe both. This is the total opposite of the service I expect and DESERVE as a loyal Ford owner. I'm very unhappy right now. I would have thought the tech who put the tire on my truck would have noticed and said something. Feel free to contact me for further. More

When they say we'll get you in and Out quickly if you get here between 7am and 8am. I guess quickly means different things to different people. One and a half hours to patch a tire.
