I brought my 2020Ford Expedition in fix a problem with my retracting running boards that don't retract. I remember talking to Brien in the past, but he wasn't there. I have road hazard warranty on wheels and tires. Got nail in rear passenger tire. Came to Walker to get it repaired or replaced. I was told tire couldn't be patched and was not in-stock. New tire was shipped from tampa.THE WRONG TIRE. Came back to walker to pick up truck. Immediately saw the tire was completely and OBVIOUSLY different than the other Three. Told a service tech who agreed and said no problem we have correct tire in stock. STRANGE. The correct tire was installed, but it definitely not a NEW tire. Sure seems like someone doesn't know what they're doing or just doesn't care, maybe both. This is the total opposite of the service I expect and DESERVE as a loyal Ford owner. I'm very unhappy right now. I would have thought the tech who put the tire on my truck would have noticed and said something. Feel free to contact me for further. More
