Beginning just thirteen (13) days after our May 31, 2025 purchase, the vehicle so far has required six service visits related to electrical system concerns, check engine lights, warning messages, charging system alerts, drivability issues, and occasional rattling or noise during acceleration. Managing transportation and schedules during these service periods was stressful for our family. Especially given the vehicle has been out of service for nearly 40 days since purchase. At times, communication and support during the process felt frustrating and not as helpful as we had hoped. We encourage buyers to take time to review vehicle history, certification details, and warranty coverage so they understand what is included and can make an informed, educated decision. More
