Hi Ice, Thank you for your feedback and for mentioning Brian’s helpfulness during your visit. I understand how frustrating it can be when your car isn’t running as expected. After diagnosing the issue, we provided recommendations for the necessary repairs. However, since there wasn’t an agreement to move forward with those repairs, the underlying issue wasn’t addressed, which is likely why the vehicle's performance has not improved. We’d be happy to revisit this with you and discuss the next steps to get your vehicle running properly.
