Mr. Sarecky is fantastic! I had multiple issues with my car that could not be resolved by other dealers (who lacked both the knowledge and interest). I dare say Brian is the first Audi person who has so qu car that could not be resolved by other dealers (who lacked both the knowledge and interest). I dare say Brian is the first Audi person who has so quickly and professionally resolved my issues. I have an eTron, which is a wonderful vehicle, but full of new technology. The folks at Silver Springs knows their stuff. The service crew at Silver Springs was also top notch - much more helpful and attentive than the other two locations I had the misfortune of trying out. My car was at another dealer twice without resolution. Brian at Silver Springs will be my first stop when I am looking for my next Audi. They do Audi right. More

I recently purchased my first car with Brian at Audi Silver Spring. Brian was nothing short of amazing!! My daughter was getting restless as the paperwork portion takes some time, he was quick to bring Silver Spring. Brian was nothing short of amazing!! My daughter was getting restless as the paperwork portion takes some time, he was quick to bring her a coloring book, snacks and engaged with her to make her feel comfortable and apart of the process as well. Brian was so understanding about this being my first car purchase, Brian did not make me feel pressured to buy, but instead listed to all of my hesitations and reassured me in all of my doubts and questions.
