Great Experience I had visited another local dealership and had to walk off from their pushy sales. I decided to come to Five Star and look around at the EDGE. I was left to myself until I was ready, then I encountered Brieanna Lopez who was such a breath of fresh air, great personality and definitely not PUSHY. I told her what I was looking for in amenities on the vehicle, she took me in, looked at inventory, found me a few vehicles to look over, all had exactly what I was looking for, only thing I needed to do was decide on color. We then test drove, I was sold. She quickly got an appraisal on my vehicle, already had all my info for financing, and came back with everything at the same time, with several financing options (no back and forth). Once agreement was made on financing, I encountered Mr. David Hill, who also was very pleasant to deal with. He offered additional packages on the vehicle, explained everything and then allowed me to politely decline anything I wasn't interested in. No HIGH PRESSURE to purchase all the extras. Loved it !!! This has been one of the best experiences I have EVER had in purchasing a vehicle. More

She helped us out both times and made sure we left not only with the car we wanted but at the price we could afford. This dealership is the best dealership, they don't screw with you and they will do anything to help you out. Not leaving Tut out here.. He was our finance guy, the guy that made the impossible possible! He worked his magic and got us approved at an extremely great rate. Both times we were fortunate to get the "Tut Experience" and wow it was awesome. Also, he has a sick goatee! We are going back within the next day to lease another car as well and will be going with the A-Team! More

I am navigating life now with stage IV cancer. After leasing a dream vehicle (ford escape titanium) it fits my disability needs perfect but I moved to the west coast. I wrote my little sales girl Brieanna Lopez and asked if it was possible to change my lease to a purchase even though I am out of state. Brieanna went above and beyond and she got this done for me. Brieanna is about the friendliest sales person I have ever met. Seriously, ford is so lucky to have her. Im inspired by how smart and caring of an individual she is but this girl is also one of the hardest workers i have encountered in my life. Sent message through Car Pro Friday night and got a response early Saturday morning. Arrived at 5 Star at 9 am and Rick had the keys to the Mustang we were interested in with him. Drove out of dealership a few hours later in a new Mustang at a great deal. I have never felt more comfortable at a dealership than this Ford dealer. I know I got special attention for being referred by Jerry Reynolds; however I have talked to two people who told me they had great service without going through Car Pro. Brieanna was also a great help and gave us a great overview of our new car. More

We have four kids, so when our previous minivan died, we needed to get in a new van quickly, and we did not want to spend all day hanging out at the dealership. From the time we talked to Brieanna on Friday evening to the time we drove away with a new van on Saturday morning, Brieanna made the whole thing happen for us with incredible ease. She put us in the exact car we wanted, made the numbers work exactly like we asked her to (actually came in under the number for us), and didn’t waste our time looking at things we didn’t want or need. Bubba made signing the paperwork easy and painless - which is huge when you’re sitting in an office with four kids under six. They took the time to listen to us, get us what we wanted, and then got us moving down the road. I can’t begin to say how valuable that was to us! More
