Visited the dealership last Saturday to see about purchasing a vehicle, and trading mine. Brieanna was the Sales Professional that assisted me while I was at the dealership. Even though we ended up n purchasing a vehicle, and trading mine. Brieanna was the Sales Professional that assisted me while I was at the dealership. Even though we ended up not agreeing on the value of my trade, and I did not trade, nor purchase a vehicle, I can honestly say that the dealership experience was still great! Brieanna was a pleasure to work with, and she was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She was also excellent at keeping me informed on the progress of the negotiations. I spoke to a couple of other folks while I was at the dealership as well, they too were very professional, and there was never any pressure, just genuine interaction. Hopefully things will work out next time. I have previously purchased a vehicle at this dealership, but this interaction, despite not ending in a purchase, was even better than the first time. The sales team of Alfred, Brieanna, Jason and Mike got me absolute top price (although another $175 would have been tip top!). Alfred's attention to detail and care AFTER the sale is unmatched. I called him at home an hour before work and he picked up and took care of my issue like no other salesperson ever has. Brieanna gave us information on the Texas Farm Bureau rebate that we were unaware of and we saved even more money. I keep thinking I have a check coming to me I got such a good deal. I am super pleased with the respect I was shown as a lifetime VIP customer that has bought no less than 8 vehicles since 2003 so I know somewhere Terry Rich is smiling but kudos to Alfred as even though I must drive him crazy with all of my questions and demands he always answers the bell and comes out as a friend. We are happy with our purchase and we know customer service doesn't end after we drive away as Alfred proved just yesterday morning. Rick Delivered Again! Rick Dike found the vehicle I wanted and delivered the next day. He always performs the highest level of service when we come in. David Hill was excellent in preparing our finance paperwork and explained everything completely. I We would only give the young lady that went over our truck a 3 Star rating. I know millenials think everyone knows the ends and outs of technology, but she blew through the inter workings of how the truck works. Instead of first setting us up with the online app, she atttempted to begin explaining how things worked. She went so fast, we became frustrated with her explanations and were ready to leave before we actually knew how the systems worked and what each button did. She acted like she was in a hurry and had other things to do. I would suggest next time, use someone that is more our age (seniors) to really go through the buttons and systems to make sure we know how things work before we drive off the lot. We'll probably be back for a refresher course some Saturday in the future. More
