What a disappointing experience we had this morning at Shottenkirk Honda.  We made an appt to see a particular CPO vehicle.  Since we had made the appt a few days in advance, I called the day before to ve Shottenkirk Honda.  We made an appt to see a particular CPO vehicle.  Since we had made the appt a few days in advance, I called the day before to verify that the vehicle was still available.  I was assured that it was.  Upon arrival, I learned that the original salesperson was out sick, so I had someone else helping me.  He went to get the car for us to test drive.  After waiting 30 minutes, we were told that they could not locate the keys to the car.  I asked twice if the car was still on the lot.  I was assured it was.  After ONE HOUR, the sales person and the manager came with another car for me to try.  After asking about this second vehicle, I asked if the vehicle we originally came to see was on the lot.  At that time, I was told "no".  So, what was the song and dance about the lost keys?! At this point, I lost all trust in the dealership and did not feel comfortable doing business with them.  We walked out.  Seems like a bait and switch.  What a disappointment!  Why were they not honest from the beginning?
