This dealer is fairly typical of high-volume dealers, from what I know. I will say they were great to greet me when I arrived, and we were able to work through minor issues during the process of our pic from what I know. I will say they were great to greet me when I arrived, and we were able to work through minor issues during the process of our picking out the new CR-V. I went to a local dealer in my neighboring home town and walked around the lot for close to 30 minutes and not one salesperson came to offer any assistance. Chris Lopez is a pleasure to deal with and he was responsive to our needs as the deal progressed. There were minor challenges, probably due to my not having purchased a brand new car in a very long time, but we worked through them. If I buy a new Honda again I'd definitely consider returning to Shottenkirk Honda of Cartersville. More
