I went to dealership for oil change and when I normally go I get service coupons in advance to present to rep. On website service coupons were unavailable. This has been third time I was unable to get them go I get service coupons in advance to present to rep. On website service coupons were unavailable. This has been third time I was unable to get them. First time I waited until they were available delaying my service so I can provide coupon. Time before this one I informed rep who put in discount for oil change as a courtesy. This time same situation and was told by rep had to have coupon in advance. I feel if coupons are offered and site is having issues or not updating if customers inquire about them it should be a courtesy to apply to bill. Just to ease my mind and not be frustrated in future I will delay coming in just till coupons are unloaded which is a big inconvenience for me. Hope this can be rectified for future. More
