I started in the Auto Industry over 40 years ago and have been at Flood Mazda for 17 years. I recently transitioned from being the Shop Foreman here at Flood Mazda to take on the role of Service Advisor. They didn't look up the fact that I did have an extended warranty or they lied and said I didn't have it when I did told me I needed to have a whole new motor put in and offered me less than what my car is More
