Buyers beware: I have had nothing but the worst experience with this dealership, specifically Bryan Carlton. From the start, the used vehicle was ready to sell. When I was already half way to the d experience with this dealership, specifically Bryan Carlton. From the start, the used vehicle was ready to sell. When I was already half way to the dealership to look it over, the car had not even been serviced and was told to turn around after I planned with a babysitter. We then discussed over the phone a reduction in price due to the inconvenience but on the day of purchase, it went back up to the original price and was told it was never mentioned to me. He told me we never discussed the price which is a lie. He did bring the car to me to look at and the body was completely scratched up, 360 degrees. I understand it's a 9 year old used car but I had talked to him before and he said the car is in great condition, it was well taken care of. No mention of the body condition. He said the back of the car was fixed, the guy is a magician but never once told me it would go back to original price. The lack of communication from him every day was a complete nightmare. He would promise to call as well as Jason the manager but would not get a response. He was always too busy and had more important things to do. Very poor customer service and a very unsatisfied customer. Will not be going back and you should think twice too. There are way better dealerships out there. Summit Place Kia is all about advertisment. More
