Wasn’t really impressed with the service at the sales portion of the dealership or communication after the purchase. Took forever to get my loan processed (over 30 days) and items that were supposed to c portion of the dealership or communication after the purchase. Took forever to get my loan processed (over 30 days) and items that were supposed to come with the vehicle. Never did get my Chevrolet rewards points, license plate mount even after follow up emails. Also I had to set up onstar service on my own days later as there was a “glitch” my account at the dealer so they couldn’t help me. However, I have never had a Chevy vehicle before or owned a gm product. Just really not really impressed at all, but prices were ok, and they have a large inventory. Those are really the only two good things though so don’t expect much else in the way or customer service. More
