I told myself I'd never go back after I had multiple bad experiences a couple years ago. I questioned how ethical the dealership was trying to charge a diagnostic fee for recall work, where other dealership experiences a couple years ago. I gave it one last try after several years of not giving the dealership any business and have to say I think they've cleaned up the areas I've had issues with in the past.
