Knowledgeable staff and even if there’s an issue the manager Val makes sure that you leave happy and all issues re alway friendly and familiar faces. Although the cost of the repair was considerable, it could have been much worse. Thankfully my faith in Maita over the last 25 years was not frustrated by dishonesty. An initial diagnostic did not ade could have been much worse. Thankfully my faith in Maita over the last 25 years was not frustrated by dishonesty. An initial diagnostic did not adequately reveal a needed repair resulting in an increase in the potential cost. Recognizing that the diagnostic was inadequate, the service tech spoke to his manager and the additional cost was waived. I am elderly and retired and resources are limited, however, when it comes time to finally trade the old girl in, I will certainly return to Maita for what will be my last vehicle. Thank you so much. It is risky to make appointments based upon the estimate of the service time involved. Sometimes they get it right and sometimes you miss appointments. Between my wife and I, we have purchased 4 vehicles from Maita (Shane Gozlou) and all have been serviced at Maita. We wouldn't even consider going anyplace else.
