Very bad experience dealing with the service advisors at this dealership. Took a whole month to get my part ordered since at first the advisor (Emilio Maltos) never ordered the part on my first interaction this dealership. Took a whole month to get my part ordered since at first the advisor (Emilio Maltos) never ordered the part on my first interaction with him in mid February and the service was done in late March. Very unprofessional and I won’t be doing business with dealership anymore! More

Came in for 5000 mile service maintenance and the windshield wiper washer bottle (empty) was not even filled. I don’t believe that the oil change was not done nor tire rotation. I had to bring the ca windshield wiper washer bottle (empty) was not even filled. I don’t believe that the oil change was not done nor tire rotation. I had to bring the car back twice. First to show Bruce the empty washer bottle, secondly show him that the dust on the engine showed no disturbance. More
