Byeong and Bob delivered the best customer experience we’ve encountered; direct, fair, and genuinely consultative rather than pushy What impressed us most: - Fair trade-in value with transparent pricing - Honest communication about vehicle details (they proactively disclosed when a car had $300 less in add-ons and adjusted pricing accordingly) - Problem-solving approach when minor issues arose - Focus on finding the right fit for our needs Based on this experience and consistently strong reviews, we’re switching all our servicing to Garavel Subaru.
