Russ plays it straight and genuinely wants to provide high quality products to customers. Have had some bad experiences with other dealers and other sales orgs so came into this very skeptical and distr high quality products to customers. I was jumpy and ready for a surprise, up to the point of signing the purchase of our new vehicle, but there were no “gotcha”s and everything ended up as it seemed from the start. I can now say that I trust Honda (Calvin was also great) and I will be back to work with Russ again for our next vehicle. I plan to keep doing business at Honda of Lincoln with Russ. Good experiences make lifelong customers and credit goes to Russ for proving to us that car deals can be good honest work! More
