Patient, very understanding of my special needs. My journey started with an email to Jerry Reynolds at the Car Pro Show. I told him I was looking for an F-150 I could sometimes use for hauling a t My journey started with an email to Jerry Reynolds at the Car Pro Show. I told him I was looking for an F-150 I could sometimes use for hauling a travel trailer but mostly for personal everyday use. Without any hesetation he sent me to Terry Rich at 5 Star Ford in NRH. Terry new my situation was unique so he put me in the hands of one of the most capable persons I have met in a long time, Rick Dike. I say capable because MY situation was also going to be drawn out due to its uniqueness and most sales persons would be frustrated then pass on their frustration to the customer. Not Rick!! He stayed with me and encouraged me through the sale. The truck he found was the right price, color and even had more appointments than I expected for the price! When it came time to sign the papers, Anthony Snyder knew his job well and made it quick and painless. Jimmie Mathews was last to help with showing me everything about the use of all the accsesories and answering ALL the questions I asked even before moving the truck for the first time. I am so thankful and blessed to have had such a wonderfully competent team of individuals doing what they do best, making car buying a Wonderful and Pleasurable Experience! Lee Clanton's orientation to the operation of the vehicle was thorough and very comprehensive. He is a real pro at customer satisfaction. More

They never tried to sell me something I didn't want. I did specifically request the Auto Butler paint protection system and it was applied quickly and professionally. I know that paint protection services are considered high-profit items for dealers, but 5-Star offered an excellent price and having somebody "wax" my truck every six-months for what amounts to $40.00 a service, was too great a value to pass up! Anthony Snyder treated my wife and I like family. Jimmy Mathews provided an excellent service in educating me as to the capability of My-touch, Wow, what capabilities! More

First time customer…now a lifelong member! Five Star Ford was highly recommended by the Car Pro Show and I can see why. From the moment we entered the show room, we were greeted in a timely ma Five Star Ford was highly recommended by the Car Pro Show and I can see why. From the moment we entered the show room, we were greeted in a timely manner and began the process to buy our 2014 Ford Edge. Our Sales Associate, Randal Sindell was very helpful and knowledgeable. The floor manager, Joshua, was also very knowledgeable and quick to help explain all scenarios of financing options. He made it clear that we were a family member, not just a customer so he made sure we understood all the rebates, programs etc. that would benefit us as well as make the sale go as smooth as possible. Finally we met Tut Edwards, or as he prefers, the TUTMAN EXPERIENCE. It truly was a great experience in dealing with him and finalizing everything. Last and certainly not least was Jimmie the SYNC/MY TOUCH technician which I thoroughly enjoyed talking with. He was very helpful in explaining the SYNC system and I am glad to say I will return to his class that is held on Saturday to get more out of our SYNC system. I highly recommend this dealer and hope those that go there have just as a positive experience as we did. More

Five Star ford is really Five Star!! My recent experience with Five Star Ford was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have bought many vehicles over the last 35 years! My recent experience with Five Star Ford was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have bought many vehicles over the last 35 years! I was in need of immediate, basic transportation as my 25 year old car permanently quit. I contacted Justin Allerheiligen and explained my situation, what I was looking for and exactly what I could afford. He took that and within hours had a vehicle located, at the right price and never once tried to bait and switch or sell me anything I did not want or need. He helped with options for finance or cash payment and sent me to the finance department where I worked with Kenneth Wilder. Both gentlemen treated us with respect, never failed to answer questions or explain any details. They have contacted me several times since just to check on how we are liking our new Ford Focus. It is a great car and this is a great dealership!! I am definitely a lifetime customer now and will send friends and family to them for sure. What a great place and great people!! More

We dealt with the same people as before with the same outstanding results. We liked dealing with the same outstanding crew, Mr. Pack should be proud. This purchase took three phone calls, two E-mails and one trip to North Richland Hills from Wichita Falls and we drove away in our 2014 F-150 King Ranch.
