I have a Bachelors Degree in Communications and Psychology, and love to learn about people, and ways to help them in any way I can. I moved to Colorado from Connecticut in October 2015, and have enjoyed every minute of it! Before Nissan, I had spent my post college years in the Human Resources world, where I really learned the importance of customer service, and just how far the simple tasks of kindness and listening go. My goal is to provide exceptional service to all our customers and treat them as part of our Nissan family.

Really, after calling, emailing and texting numerous dealers I found Tynans had a deal I was interested in. I called Samir answered - he was fast, efficient and straight up (none of the usual dealership dealers I found Tynans had a deal I was interested in. We found the vehicle we wanted- then Dan entered (yes, he came to us). We were not shuffled around and the deal was the deal! The paperwork was made easy! We had the opportunity to meet several other employees- all nice, friendly and genuine. More

We Purchased a Rav-4 from Tom (salesman). Overall it was a great experience. Tom was very patient with our test drive and when we were checking out the third row seats we noticed the rear sea Overall it was a great experience. Tom was very patient with our test drive and when we were checking out the third row seats we noticed the rear seat rails wouldn’t adjust. He said they would fix that if we purchased the vehicle. So we decided this car was right for us. They had to find the parts found them but it took a while for the shipping (which took 2-1/2 weeks). Only took the service department a few hours to get the job done. We are very pleased with our interaction and would do business with them again if the occasion presented itself. More
