Used car sales manager Carlo Borg began working at Don Ayres Thirteen years ago, and he can see why people in the community have so much respect for the dealership. Borg, who has been in the auto business for about 28 years, says Don Ayres puts its customers first – no matter what. “This is a great place,” he says. “We definitely take care of our customers.” Pre-owned vehicles, for example, must undergo a rigorous inspection before they are sold. Customers don’t have to worry about undisclosed problems. “They can rest assured that when they buy a pre-owned vehicle from Don Ayres, they know exactly what they’re buying,” Borg says. “There’s no smoke and mirrors.”We simply sell top quality pre-owned vehicles with warranties. Borg, a self-described fitness enthusiast, begins every day at the gym. Usually, he’s there by 5 a.m. “I look forward to it every day,” he says. “I live every day to the fullest.” I also enjoy spending quality time with my wife of 30 years and two daughters.

We ended up having to bring back the original car we bought. They put us in a nice Honda Accord. When we went to do the loan the finance manager said that he was including a warranty for free because bought. They put us in a nice Honda Accord. When we went to do the loan the finance manager said that he was including a warranty for free because of all the trouble we went through with the first car. We were happy with that until I just got the tittle back and found our they charged us $4500 extra for this warranty. I would have not bought this extra warranty for that kind of money. I now have to pay 7.25% extra in that 4500 in money I didn’t even want to spend. I message my sales man and I was told he no longer works there. I’m a very unhappy customer and will make it known. More

Rick Kruger was hilarious. I absolutely enjoyed working with him. My husband and I were just window shopping trying to figure out what I wanted. Rick listened to our concerns a I absolutely enjoyed working with him. My husband and I were just window shopping trying to figure out what I wanted. Rick listened to our concerns and was very knowledgeable as to our concerns. Thank you so much Rick for helping me help my husband find something he can get in and out of easily. Rick Kruger brought us a used car to see how Allen maneuvered in and out. It was a beautiful silver. We both liked it. He then told us about a new one due in mid October. Then he took us to compare prices. I had decided to go home and give it some thought when we were given another option on a used 2022. Rick pulled it around and I absolutely fell head or heals in love with it. Thank you Rick Kruger!!! Everyone with Don Ayer’s was a joy to work with from Carlo personally walking us to new car building to Rick Kruger helping us find the right vehicle to Anthony taking care of all the paperwork and explaining everything. Greg was amazing! I got a great deal on a reliable car and he gave me everything I asked for.
