I love that they go the extra mile to make servicing your car easier. I had another appointment the same day of my service and they promptly provided me with a great shuttle service to and from my destinatio car easier. Any questions are answered with your representative. Big on my list is courtesy and friendliness. I have experienced both each time I use Vera Cadillac. They take great care of my car; and I am pleased that she comes home sparkling clean to boot! More
