The vehicle we wanted was not available, but as we patiently waited he kept in contact giving updates on the new arrival date. Super accommodating. Once my beautiful new Palisade arrived he made it a great experience with his patience in explaining all the features, which are overwhelming, but he took the time to make sure everything was connected and settings were done correctly.
