Carlos Salazar was just PHENOMENAL!!! He really cares and listens to what the customer wants and is looking for. I would "most definitely" send customers his way again so that can have the same A+ treatment that I had. As far as Hollywodd Kia goes, I had to go back the following day to get the TPMS light fixed and the Service Manager, Fernando personally handled my concern. I drove off the lot without any issues, but the following morning as I arrived to work, the same light came on again. I called to speak to Fernando but he was unavailable. He shortly returned may call and we discussed how he will be handling the situation the next moment I have to come into the service department. Great customer service!!! I like when things get handled professionally and at Hollywood Kia, this has been my initial impression. Problems get solved! More
