Everything was great except for the finance team. They just wanted me to sign and made hard to get basic loan info like the APR. When they did, they told me one APR and at the moment of signing it was different, then they told me it was his mistake because he told me the promo APR but there’s no guarantee I’d qualify for it. In the end I was given the promo APR but the whole experience with the finance team feels like a shark loan experience. Why can’t they just be open with all the info and packages upfront? I just don’t understand that approach, they just put a horrible stain on the great job the sales team did. More

I have lived in richardson and in near by town's from the mid 1960's and never heard any thing bad about Toyota of Rockwall during that time. Rockwall is not in Dallas County, so the county tax paid didn't g mid 1960's and never heard any thing bad about Toyota of Rockwall during that time.
