I had a 630 appointment and since the attitude soon as I pulled up three minutes late, then I wasn’t offered any coupons so I had to pull up the coupon to get my discount on my oil change then I asked to ge pulled up three minutes late, then I wasn’t offered any coupons so I had to pull up the coupon to get my discount on my oil change then I asked to get my antifreeze topped off, and I was told that it was full when it wasn’t. I had to end up, filling it up myself when I got home then to top it off I asked why my check engine light was on which they told me and I asked what O2 sensors that was triggering it and they told me it was too when actually it’s four and they still didn’t tell me which two that was trigger in it. This is my second time at this dealership for service. I usually go to Germaine Toyota and never had this problem. More
