As always I think the Maple Hill Auto team is fantastic. I've been getting my car serviced here regularly since I bought it. I am due for a new car soon and Maple Hill Auto will be there first place I stop at based on my experience there. Everyone there has always been so fantastic. Andrea has always been so personable, I'm always happy to see her when I come in. Misty is incredibly knowledgable and patient when talking to a guy who knows so little about cars. And Che has been great. Not only does he know my car better than I do but he's probably more invested in taking care of it than I am. And to the rest of the team I want to thank you for being awesome! More

Everything turned out easy. I did notice some not wearing masks. At my work this isn't an option. Mostly these employees were not near others. Some however were. In the multiple-point inspection, tire pressures were not checked. One week after the service, the tire pressure warning light came on during a long distance trip, causing unnecessary stresses in looking for checked. One week after the service, the tire pressure warning light came on during a long distance trip, causing unnecessary stresses in looking for service shops to inspect tires during the pandemic situation. Also during this service, there were yellow checks marked on the inspection sheet with regard to the driver side rear rotor condition and the passenger side rear brake pad. These were not alerted to me at the end of service. However, these were supposed to be fixed in the previous service dated 09Jan20 that focused on these. These must have been overlooked during the current service. These caused concern in terms of confidence in services conducted. Front desk was friendly. More
