Cassy was very helpful and knowledgeable in our evaluation of an Explorer earlier this month. We did end up buying the vehicle and she was super about some final questions and the purchase process evaluation of an Explorer earlier this month. We did end up buying the vehicle and she was super about some final questions and the purchase process. We had a feature question after delivery, and she met us at service to go over the concern and got us the answers we needed. We would gladly work with her on any future purchases. More
