I pre-ordered my car when it was first announced in the press thus long before it became available, and the Flemington BMW team made it a wonderful experience. The pre-order to delivery process took about 14 months because BMW AG incurred delays in getting the cars manufactured and delivered. But the Flemington BMW team made sure it did not feel that long. My initial interaction was with Cindy Amin who helped me through the initial pre-order process. Once the car was ordered, Tom Terrill guided me through the rest of process. He was super helpful in keeping me informed (at least weekly) about the manufacturing and shipping status, he arranged a test drive for me when a demo car became briefly available, and he managed to line up the entire team to prep and deliver my car in a record time (and on a busy Saturday!) once it showed up at the dealership. Tom's approach, which I can best summarize as cordial and detail oriented, made me feel like a valued customer. Cathy Ferry helped with getting the paperwork completed swiftly and with a smile. For reference: I have been communicating on online forums with other people who ordered the same car at other dealers throughout the country, and about their experience. Based on their feedback, I can tell for sure that many did not have the same pleasant sales process I experienced. As a result, I give top scores to Flemington BMW, Tom, Cindy and Cathy. More

Our Sales person (Agata Gryebyk) was super amazing. Her knowledge of the BMW line was phenomenal. In addition to that, she was willing to help with the details of the settings of my former X5 to help my best friend. Our finance person (Catherine Ferry) was super helpful in this entire transaction. Between the 2 of them, this whole deal became seamless and the experience was easy! This is the 4th BMW I’ve purchased from Flemington BMW and each time, the experience was amazing. This one was even more enhanced as they helped my friend and myself, which could have been a complex transaction, by assisting with the dealership expertise, making both transactions seamless, easy and a very positive experience.
