Without exception, every encounter and exchange with Barry from the earliest minutes of meeting him and communicating with Barry (face-to-face, email or phone) was efficient, to the point and totally useful providing the answers, guidance and patience I needed. That happened every step of the way throughout my buying experience! Having taken delivery of my car, now, 10 days ago, not only have I been immensely pleased with the BMW’s driving and handling features but also, I have continued to reflect upon how super Berry (and Cathy Ferry in Finance) treated me and my wife - using their innate interpersonal skills, acquired knowledge/experience in auto sales and a generous level of dedication to their profession.
