I visited Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring Md today and was extremely impressed with the dealership’s professionalism, courtesy and genuine caring. Our visit started with Celestin (our salesman). It is obvious extremely impressed with the dealership’s professionalism, courtesy and genuine caring. Our visit started with Celestin (our salesman). It is obvious why he has been doing this for 30 years, he cares and knows what he is doing. There was Brad Fisher (Finance), he made our day, not only did he get us a better rate, he saved us money and was very cordial. Then there was Robert Mara (Service), He went out of his way to let us know the past history of our car and what the next three services were and printed them out. Service is of particular interest to my husband and he doesn’t impress easy. Needless to say, he was. Finally there is the leadership (Jim Elefantis). He took time out of his day for us and even assisted us with pricing for a service package. Leadership starts from the top and trickles down. Everyone at this dealership is on the same page and no hassle is the theme of the day, as well as courtesy and friendliness. was to say a BIG thank you to Lovence for making my dream come true. It was 2017, when I fell in love It the GLC 300 4 Matic Coupe. I had just signed a new lease and was a little bit upset due to the fact I come true. It was 2017, when I fell in love It the GLC 300 4 Matic Coupe. I had just signed a new lease and was a little bit upset due to the fact I had 30 more payment to go to get the GLC. I contacted Lovence with excitement about the GLC. He replied no problem just get it the next time. I travel 33 miles just to come and get my yearly maintenance and would always stop by to see Lovence and he would always give me update about the GLC and that it won’t be long before it could be mine. On February 26, 2020 I received a text message from Lovence saying he had a great deal on a GLC Coupe for me, it was a 2020 quotes me the payments and the terms of the lease. I’m beaming with excitement at my desk wanting to scream but could not. It was a dream came true. This is the fifth Mercedes I have purchased from the BEST sales associate and dealership. I never thought I would purchase a vehicle without seeing it! I did just that because I trusted Lovence because he advised me it had all the features I wanted and more. I said to my self no, that can’t be. I text him one more time to ask, does it have the “grill” I wanted. He replied yes. Lovence was specific on all details that I wanted, he listen. He send me pictures of My GLC it is EXACTLY what I wants. He went a step further to send me the application ahead of time so that it would eliminate time if it was done while at dealership. I love his pro-active thinking. I advised him that I will be coming on 2/29 to pick up. Well on 2/29/2020 I picked up my dream. I could have gone to any dealership but because of the relationship I have developed with Lovence & Mercedes Benz of Silver-Spring I will remain dedicated where I know I’m getting quality service no hassle. I would like to give a shout out to Terrence Abrams for getting my payment where I wanted it to be. I met Terrence 3 years ago & he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had. Mercedes Benz of Silver-Spring is in a class by itself. I will recommend my family and friends.
