The whole experience was awesome. We drove 2 1/2 hours to see a particular vehicle listed. If I could rate lower than one I would give them a negative 10. I bought a used car in Nov 2020. First, the dealer FAILED to submit correct paperwork for a specialty plate. This caused unnecessary del negative 10. I bought a used car in Nov 2020. First, the dealer FAILED to submit correct paperwork for a specialty plate. This caused unnecessary delays. Next, the dealer FAILED MISERABLY in providing necessary paperwork for a transfer of ownership. The dealer was sent a letter by the DMV in Jan 2021 to inform them about the issue. In May 2021 I called the DMV to find out about the title. I had a loan but I paid it off in March 2021. The DMV told me that the dealership still had not provided the necessary paperwork. I called the dealership and asked to speak with the used car manager. He refused to speak with me. I had to file a complaint with the DMV dealer investigation unit to get Heiser to correct the problem. It was bad enough that they made mistakes of omission TWICE causing unnecessary delays but the arrogance and disrespect of the used car manager was extremely unprofessional. They claim to be respectful and trustworthy on their website BUT that was NOT my experience. More

Mary Ann Scaffidi and her team are the best!!! Honest and fair people selling good reliable cars. Roger, Chad, Jessica, all very courteous and attentive.
