My car has been on recall over and over. I did not know there was a buyback until recently. I had the shudder fixed 3 times already and the transmission module just recently. There are less than 37000 mile there was a buyback until recently. I had the shudder fixed 3 times already and the transmission module just recently. There are less than 37000 miles on this car. I don’t qualify for the buyback because the car will be 7 years old in May. More

Service group is great, sales floor was worse experience I have ever had. Upon arrival, 1st truck would not start, 2nd truck wrong keys, THEN After spending over an hour repeating myself that I was there t I have ever had. I left a message for the sales manager to please call me which never happened. I have purchased the last 4 new trucks from them, something has changed and I have taken my business elsewhere. . More

I love my car. But I didn’t care for how fast I had to sign for things that I was told I had on my last car, but wasn’t told the price. Needless to say I had some removed from my contract. Another thing that bugged me was that I didn’t get zero interest rate. The next week they offered zero percent interest rate with all the same discounts I had gotten with my purchase. If I had known that, I would have waited a week. More
