The salesperson we worked with was excellent, however there were some discrepancies in a negotiated deal that were not met by the dealer. A deal had been agreed upon by both parties only to find an error there were some discrepancies in a negotiated deal that were not met by the dealer. A deal had been agreed upon by both parties only to find an error had been made on the part of Tenvoorde financing. They did work to close the gap on this error, but certainly put a damper on the whole process! I felt very bad for our salesperson Mike for having to make the phone call to tell us of their error! He handled the situation with class and knew that we’d be upset. Highly recommend Mike for future dealings. More

So far not pleased with this dealership. First time bought a 2 year old car with ford certified and got it home to notice deep scratches everywhere. You didn't make it right than. 2nd just bought a truck there it smelt of oil. You put a valve cover gasket on still smells of oil and check engine light came on to a cylinder misfire. Bringing it back and told us we need to pay for it It's only been weeks since we had it. Complete bullcrap. Our 14 year old trade in was way better, would like that back and to leave the 2016 f150 there. Will be going to elk river ford with all my needs now More
