Jody, we are sorry for your experience. It appears this stems from the conversations you had in February. First talking with the salesperson, then to accessory manager about a lift for the Bronco, and finally to finance manager without everyone knowing the full story. We dropped the ball in communication and would like to apologize and offer the opportunity to make it right.
