Everything that we experienced with Ferman was wonderful. We did however encounter a wait that was unexpected. We waited for almost four hours for our vehicle to be inspected due to us buying out of our lea We did however encounter a wait that was unexpected. We waited for almost four hours for our vehicle to be inspected due to us buying out of our lease. If we would have known we had to wait that long we would have schedule the whole process on a different day. The facility manager did come to our rescue and gave us his car to use to do things we needed to do that day. We were incredibly grateful for that act of kindness. All in all it was a good experience. More
