Trey was AWESOME! I drove in from Tampa after seeing two dealers there and had planned to visit two others. Lakeland VW and Trey pulled up both vehicles I wanted to see, let me drive both and then pointed dealers there and had planned to visit two others. Lakeland VW and Trey pulled up both vehicles I wanted to see, let me drive both and then pointed out pros and cons of each. My only criticism, there was a door ding I didn't see because the doors were open when I walked around the vehicle. I noticed the ding after making the purchase and leaving the dealership. While sitting in Starbucks my nephew said he saw a door ding, which he didn't notice at the dealership either. I called the dealership and they were aware of the ding, even telling me where it was. I told Trey I didn't see it while at the dealership and he said he would talk to their "ding guy", talk with his manager and get back with me. That was Saturday and today is Tuesday. I'm happy with my purchase, but since they were so aware of the ding and I didn't ask about it or mention it at the dealership, it would have been nice if they pointed it out. I would have still purchased the vehicle, but I may have made arrangements then and there to have it handled. Still waiting to hear from the dealership. More
