We explained that we are retired and on a fixed income and had to meet a payment that fit in our budget. Israel working with Charles Draper put together a deal that met our needs. We walked into the dealership knowing that the car we wanted was within our reach. There was no pressure just useful information that helped us come to a discussion. Israel showed us the car explaining all the features and within an hour we were meeting with Larry Riddle completing the paperwork and preparing to drive our new car home, our twelfth Volkswagen! How can a dealership certify a car and and then tell the owner after 1 1/2 months that they need new brakes. That is terrible. We paid over $15k for this car and I really hope the dealership makes the right decision to replace the brakes at their expense and not mine. More
