"Poor customer service and employee knowledge"

Salesman aren’t aware of vehicles, they only want a sale. You must buy warranty because they don’t inspect vehicles FYI. Called to make a service appt, had parts ordered ahead of time and was told no more than 2 hours work time, they ordered wrong parts (which have to come from other dealerships locally because they don’t specialize on any specific make), waited 4 hours-no one said a word, finally asked about wait time and was told they had to reorder parts but they’d be here yet today....took over 6 hours! No updates, no communication, and then was told it wasn’t their fault, i should be grateful our warranty is paying for it. Seriously?!? They need business etiquette 101 and add customer service because they suck!

All I have to say is if you need a vehicle why shop around for a dealership. Scheopp Motors is not your typical car dealership. They really work hard at making sure you are comfortable and that you know what is going on. They listen and they come up with a plan couldn’t ask for anything more. Charlie is great at seeing what you want versus what you need. I will only do business with these guys!!!

I was initially pleased with the service when we purchased our used vehicle. Unfortunately, the follow-up was a huge disappointment. We had some minor fixes that we negotiated into our deal. Our salesman said they would give us a call the following week to schedule an appointment. When they didn't call us, we called them and were told it was too busy and to call back after the weekend. To make a long story shorter, we called a number of times and each time no one knew about our negotiated service, even though we asked them after the second call to make sure the information was in the computer. Apparently the salesman forgot to give us the correct paperwork so we didn't have a copy and one was never turned in to the service department . Additionally, the salespeople were much more willing to talk with my husband than me and at times were quite rude. I had to ask twice to speak to a manager and felt that he did nothing to rectify the situation. Hugely disappointed in our experience and will not use them for future service.
