We were somewhat anxious and skeptical regarding the sudden and abrupt increase in the VW lease position. They went insane with 2019 lease prices leaving us in the cold. They are thousands more than in 2016. We thought we had a comfortable relationship with VW and our dealer Trend Motors, but now we had to research and find a new brand and dealer. I approached you for help as a neighborhood dealer and it was great right off the bat. Matt took great care of us and made sure we were also supported by a great team. He also went above the call of duty by helping to arrange the lease returns of our expiring VWs thereby saving us from having to ferry them all the way out to Trend Motors. The lease drop-off and delivery and F&I process was seamless and stress-free. With so many other dealers in our 35+ year leasing experience where the process was downright painful, this was refreshing and silky smooth. Matt was professional and a gentleman. His quotes were spot-on and he was very flexible and open to ideas about varying price solutions. He understood that in these digital e-commerce times, not all customers need or want to come to the showroom until the delivery. Whereas Matt was willing 100% to do everything via email and phone, other dealers are still stuck in the last century and mandating that it all had to be done at their showrooms. This was the only Honda dealership willing to do it remotely. Our time is too valuable to waste time in a dealership and Matt completely understood and respected that. The rest of the team also were very professional and classy. It's tough to teach class but they all had it. At delivery time, your new showroom and delivery facilities were clean, spacious, modern, professional, and inviting. We expect the new service and parts area will follow suit. All this was VERY RARE these days and greatly and sincerely appreciated. Too many dealers even in these times just don't understand or get it. We are very happy we found you and you're right next door. All that and geographically perfect, too! We are very happy to be part of the DCH Paramus Honda family and look forward to possibly our 3rd Honda in October. In addition, they had the best inventory and selection of Civic Hatchback Sport Touring CVT BY FAR. Some others didn't have any and had no plans of getting any. We leased two cars on this occasion and they were complete, 100% true sign and drives with absolute zero out of pocket at the write-up, signing, delivery, and when the plates arrived. They even came and waited to pick us up when we dropped off our VW lease returns. I had my previous Honda Crosstour, Pilot, and Fit serviced here and it was always top-notch. EXCEPTIONAL and OUTSTANDING (and I rarely offer those ratings). More

It started with a warm welcome at the greeters desk by a kind woman (I forgot to get her name). She introduced me to my sales consultant, Jenssy Diaz. Mr. Diaz was really receptive in helping me find a vehicle that would meet my daily demands as "a professional woman on the go." He was patient, cooperative, helpful and humorous. Mr. Diaz took great care of me throughout the whole process (I really appreciated that). Then came the sales manager, Mr. Chong Lee who came to greet me. I really appreciated the fact that he came out of his office and sat down with me as we negotiated an offer that was fair. I can't forget to mention Govaia Larcher, the business manager. Govaia was very kind, patient and respectful. He really worked hard to get me an acceptable rate and explained all of the documents to me clearly. Overall, my experience at DCH Paramus was a wonderful experience! I truly felt valued as a customer! I love my 2016 Honda Civic! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! More

The experience was so good, that when it was time for my second buy I went back and bought from him again :-) He's thorough in both explaining features and pricing, isn't pushy at all, gave me suggestions on which features might be more interesting to me than others, talked about a variety of cars they had, both new and leftovers. I would absolutely refer my friends and go back again if I needed to buy another car - or lease! The second car was a lease, and it makes sense for our circumstances at this point. I've used the dealership for an oil change and had some questions about the tire pressure and they were excellent as well. If you need a ride home or to work, you can have it, or you can wait fairly comfortably there. All in all, an excellent experience. More
