From start to finish my car buying experience was enjoyable. Luis helped me find the perfect Crosstrek at a fair price. He offered me lots of options with no pressure. Today we did not know we would be buying a car. We have been searching for months for a Subaru Ascent onyx. We have had the hardest time with the lack of inventory and cost of cars. Today was our l We have been searching for months for a Subaru Ascent onyx. We have had the hardest time with the lack of inventory and cost of cars. Today was our lucky day. Not only was there a NEW SUBARU ASCENT.... but it was the ONYX! I literally jumped in joy. You can call and verify. This onyx had everything we were looking for. The price was right. The trade in value on my car was the BEST I could have asked for and this didn't take me all day to take home. Win win win for everyone. Normally went driving off a lot I get anxiety. Did I get the right car? Did I pay too much? Can I afford the payments? How long will this car last me? I didn't feel any anxiety at all. I felt joy and less stress. I have baby #3 on the way. Irish twins and a 9 year old. My old car was simply not big enough between carseats and boosters so this was a dream come true! My husband is even in love and he is hard to please with cars. He made sure to be the one who got to drive it home. He was so excited and happy, I couldn't stop looking at his face and seeing the joy the car brought our family. I know a car seems silly to be overjoyed about but it's the little things in life that make all the difference. Royal Moore was amazing today and I am proud to say I'm a royal Moore customer! More

Unbelievably quick and even had the crosstrek we were looking for in stock! Gave us a reasonable deal on our trade-in as well. They made it a very pleasurable experience.
