They didn’t any effort because my problem is computerized not a labor job…. By the way they are controlling all reviews guys..I left couple bad reviews on Facebook page they deleted right the way Do not trust their reviews on social media because they are controlling… When I left my car to service they accept it…now they are saying because of my car age and mileage!!!what kind of ripped of this is?what kind of professional dealer are they??can you explain to me??So you just handle new cars I guess..you are not behind the Audi brand ..shame……I did report my problem to Audi USA and Audi Europe I hope they will take care of problem…Naples Audi ripped off ..Beware..

Beachlover, I am sorry that you were unhappy with your latest service visit. However, I am confused why you would say you were overcharged and I was unwilling to work with you. I covered both the diagnosis fees and installation of the first part when you declined the additional work due to cost. You had no out of pocket expense whatsoever. I am terribly sorry for the extended time it took to diagnose your vehicle. When dealing with a sporadic failure we want to make sure all necessary components are addressed and your vehicle is back to like new condition when it leaves our dealership. This can take time. We understand even with a complimentary loaner vehicle it is still a nuisance not to have your car.
