Chris, one of the sale managers reached out to me about a customer service complaint I made with the service department and one of their sale dealers. He took full responsibility and did his absolute best to customer service complaint I made with the service department and one of their sale dealers. Chris and Nick really stepped up to earn my business back and helped me get my hands on a new Bronco! I will continue to come back to their dealership as I appreciate the honest and respectful nature they have inside their company. I also want to give a shout out to Leah in the financing department. She was great and a ton of fun to work with on handling the purchase of both my new vehicles. Great job to the 3 of you and I look forward to doing business again. I took 1 star away because I was not able to use the military member rebate or get any rebate on my 2nd purchase for being a loyal ford customer. I bought a Ford F-150 just 1 month before buying another vehicle at the same dealership. More
